About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Automation Architect—a true “engine builder” who ensures no lead ever falls through the cracks. This role is ideal for someone who blends technical mastery with sales psychology, building advanced workflows that drive real conversion results.
You’ll manage and customize GoHighLevel, integrate HubSpot and Salesforce for larger clients, implement AI-powered chat and appointment systems, and craft automation strategies that maximize speed-to-lead and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Advanced System Architecture: Build, manage, and optimize complex GoHighLevel workflows and snapshots. Custom logic-based automations that adapt to user behavior are your specialty.
- AI Conversational Strategy: Design and implement AI appointment setters and chatbots that handle objections and qualify leads without human intervention.
- Cross-Platform Integration: Seamlessly integrate GHL, HubSpot, and Salesforce using Zapier, Make, or Webhooks to ensure flawless data flow.
- Conversion Engineering: Optimize automations for “Speed to Lead”—email, SMS, and ringless voicemail sequences delivered within seconds of lead capture.
- Creative Technical Implementation: Build nurture sequences, HTML email templates, and ad copy using AI tools, ensuring mobile-optimized designs that maximize conversions.
- Client Communication: Translate complex automation logic into clear, actionable insights for clients.

- Detail-oriented and perfectionist—testing every link, trigger, and workflow before launch.
- Comfortable explaining technical setups to non-technical clients.
- Constantly learning, experimenting with AI and automation updates.
- Passionate about blending technical expertise with conversion psychology.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Marketing Automation and CRM management.
- Expert in GoHighLevel (GHL), including Snapshots, Workflows, LC Email, and SaaS Mode.
- Strong experience with HubSpot and Salesforce and their integrations with GHL.
- AI implementation skills, especially for text/voice conversational agents.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for troubleshooting and custom email templates.
- Excellent written communication for client-facing work.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with advanced AI copywriting tools.
- Familiarity with multi-channel lead scoring and attribution models.
- Knowledge of additional marketing automation platforms.
