About the Role

Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO, ensuring maximum productivity and effectiveness in daily operations. This role requires diligence, professionalism, confidentiality, and proactive problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for the CEO’s schedule, priorities, and communications.
• Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Screen and prioritize emails, messages, and requests to protect the CEO’s bandwidth.
• Organize, track, and manage the CEO’s tasks and projects.
• Follow up on pending action items and ensure deadlines are met.
  Proactively take tasks off the CEO’s plate wherever possible.
• Assist with the coordination of team projects and company initiatives.
• Draft correspondence, reports, and documentation as needed.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in workflows.
• Ensure smooth communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Maintain a high standard of excellence in all deliverables

Requirements

• 2 - 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant (supporting C-level executives).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing or agency environments.
• Excellent communicator in English — both written and verbal.
• Highly self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail).
• Familiarity with Go High Level and other marketing software is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong time management skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and systems.
