Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from client acquisition to candidate placement
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of UK tech roles (e.g., developers, engineers, product managers)
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through regular engagement and consultative selling
- Write compelling job adverts and utilise LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS platforms to attract top tech talent
- Negotiate terms of business with clients and manage contract/perm placements
- Stay informed about UK tech market trends and client hiring needs
- Meet recruitment KPIs, including revenue, placements, and client activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimise candidate and client experience
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in 360 recruitment, ideally in the tech sector
- Proven track record of placing candidates in a fast-paced recruitment environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of tech roles and terminology (e.g., frontend/backend, DevOps, SaaS)
- Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems, and job boards
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
- Access to a reliable laptop and uncapped high-speed internet connection
- A quiet, professional home workspace is essential
