Position Overview
RecruitGo is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with Australian accounting experience that focuses on supporting and onboarding customers using payroll solution designed specifically for dental clinics.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with customer onboarding and system implementation.
- Understand clinic workflows and support migration to payroll software.
- Handle customer enquiries and assist with troubleshooting.
- Triage inbound calls and coordinate with internal teams on issues.
- Provide ongoing customer support related to payroll and accounting processes.
Requirements:
- Proven bookkeeping experience with Australian businesses
- Strong understanding of GST and PAYG Withholding
- Xero knowledge or demonstrated hands-on experience
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Clear, professional phone manner
- Confident communicating directly with Australian customers
- Experience working Australian business hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (AEDST), Monday to Friday
- Training will be provided on dental and payroll-specific applications
Nice to Have
- Experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or account management.
- Prior experience in dental, healthcare, payroll, or SaaS businesses.
