Reapra Intern

Reapra is a pre-ideation venture builder that works together with individuals who want to build industries that support the next generation. Unlike traditional investors, Reapra places high focus on nurturing founders through deep understanding of their life stories, purpose, life mission, learning tendencies and long term motivation towards industry building. By nurturing founders through extensive focus on themselves, Reapra wants to support the learning transformation of individuals to manage the complexities of industry building and to work towards industry building for the betterment of society.

The team is currently looking for a Reapra intern in Singapore, Malaysia or Vietnam to support data collection and applicant communications for our PR & Marketing activities. This internship is ideal for individuals looking to gain working experience and communication skills in a professional environment.

Internship Activities

1. Data Management

• Collect, organize, and input data into Google sheets, databases and/or internal systems
• Verify accuracy of data and make corrections as needed
• Maintain updated records and ensure data consistency

2. Email & Communication Support

• Draft, send, and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
• Flag any urgent messages and coordinate responses with team members
• Maintain organized email folders and documentation

3. Administrative Support

• Assist with document preparation and file organization
• Support team members with any other administrative tasks
• Ensure smooth internal communication
• Attend daily team meetings to coordinate daily and weekly tasks with team members

Requirements

• Located in Singapore, Malaysia or Vietnam
• Available to work 4 hours Monday to Friday for a minimum period of 1 month
• Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent English language proficiency
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Doc
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of your own work
• Willingness to learn and use new software tools e.g. Workable, Slack, LinkedIn
• Prior work experience is not required for this role
