Reach is a modern media organization that requires an HR Advisor to act as an operational anchor, guiding leaders through organizational design, restructures, and redundancy processes. The role involves managing complex ER cases, virtually representing the company in confidential grievances, and updating policies in line with shifting UK&I legislation.
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing a highly complex, sensitive ER caseload within a dedicated advisory or specialist environment
- In-depth, up-to-date knowledge of UK&I employment legislation
- Practical experience navigating change programs, organizational restructures, trade union consultations, and employment tribunal preparation
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or 7)
- Pragmatic problem-solving skills with a commercial, solution-oriented mindset focused on balanced outcomes
- Stakeholder management skills to quickly build trust, establish credible relationships, and confidently challenge leaders at all levels
- Ability to manage competing priorities with agility while helping others focus
- Strong collaborative judgment needed to work seamlessly across the wider People function
