About the Role

As a Demand Generation Intern, you will dive into the world of B2B marketing and gain hands-on experience in supporting and executing impactful marketing strategies. Working closely with the demand team, you will gain valuable experience in engaging and nurturing potential clients, executing omnichannel campaigns, and tracking tactic performance and insights for optimization. Essential Responsibilities

  • Understand RainFocus’ competitive landscape, customer needs, and event industry trends.
  • Create and refine sales templates, marketing emails, and other marketing collateral in line with the brand voice and style guide.
  • Assist in the creation, testing, and execution of email marketing campaigns, with attention to detail.
  • Learn and efficiently leverage marketing automation tools to execute targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Support with the creation of field event assets.
  • Aid in analyzing data to provide insights and help optimize marketing strategies.
  • Audit the Demand Resource Hub to identify refresh opportunities and implement recommendations.
  • Conduct research to identify and document exhibitors at client events for strategic outreach.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Strong interest in B2B marketing and demand generation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
  • Natural inquisitiveness and desire to learn and explore new ideas and concepts
  • Actively seeks and values feedback, using it as a tool for personal and professional growth
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is a plus
