The Role Location: Remote Working Type: Full Time Contract type: 6 Month FTC

We are looking for an Delivery Manager to join our IT Delivery Team. The Delivery Manager will coach and enable high-performing agile software engineering teams delivering digital experiences across PureGym’s websites and apps. They are responsible for facilitating agile events, coaching teams and product owners, and driving iterative, value-led delivery anchored in agile principles and practices. Ultimately this role is accountable for business outcomes that meet key milestones towards delivery milestones and roadmaps. This is a Remote working role with a quarterly meeting at our London office.

Key duties will include:

• Facilitating agile events including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily scrums, and sprint reviews.
• Coaching product owners and delivery teams to embrace agile values, adhere to agile principles, grow as a self-organising team, and ultimately master incremental and iterative delivery of business value.
• Supporting agile planning and forecasting using techniques like capacity planning, magic sizing, and Monte Carlo simulations.
• Removing blockers and enabling teams to focus on delivering value.
• Tracking progress, dependencies, and risks across initiatives.
• Championing agile best practices and helping teams evolve their ways of working and importantly knowing when to drive and when to follow.

This is a hands-on delivery leadership role requiring strong facilitation, technical, coaching, and planning skills.

The Person You’re an experienced agile delivery leader who knows how to bring out the best in teams. You’re comfortable navigating complexity, guiding teams through change, and using agile tools and techniques to drive outcomes. You’re digitally literate, technically curious, and passionate about helping teams succeed.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach.
• Is confident facilitating agile ceremonies and coaching teams.
• Understands agile planning techniques like capacity planning, magic sizing, and Monte Carlo forecasting and uses them to drive action.
• Is digitally and technically literate, able to engage with engineering and product teams, as well as presenting to and earning the confidence and trust of business skakeholders.
• Communicates clearly and builds strong relationships across disciplines.
• Is proactive, adaptable, and focused on continuous improvement.
