Education/Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, environmental, engineering, or science-related field is required.
- Environmental consulting experience is required.
- Master’s degree or professional engineer license a plus.
Required Knowledge & Experience:
- 10 + years of proven expertise in your field, demonstrating leadership, technical proficiency, and a track record of success.
- Knowledge of general chemical/petrochemical/grain processing and industrial manufacturing processes is preferred.
- Shall be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat.
Skills/Abilities:
- Strong writing, strategic and interpersonal verbal communications skills
- Ability to work in a creative, fast paced, team environment
- Ability to efficiently research safety regulations and policies
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
- Strong customer service abilities
- Ability to understand the big picture while remaining detail oriented
- Physical Activities and Requirements of this Position
- Site visits required, up to 75% travel required or as needed.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Able to view computer screen for lengths at a time.
- Must be able to speak and listen clearly.
- Fine visual acuity to read for accuracy.
- May be exposed to loud noises, wet and humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic chemicals, extreme hot and cold depending on weather conditions.
