We are seeking a Client Finance Analyst to join our Project Setup team, serving as a critical liaison between our U.S. and Pune, India operations. This role is designed to provide strategic oversight, process insight, and hands-on support to ensure the success of our project setup team and ongoing software improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research Analysis: Investigate and resolve non-standard or ad hoc project setup requests, conducting deep dives and gathering information that go beyond the capabilities of junior team members.

  • Time-Sensitive Execution: Own and respond to urgent requests during U.S. business hours, ensuring timely and accurate handling of high-priority tasks.
  • Data Clean-Up Coordination: Lead and support data clean-up efforts, coordinating across teams to resolve issues and maintain data integrity.

This role will serve as the subject matter expert for our newly implemented Power App tool, which is central to our project setup process. Because our workflow is highly customized to meet specific client and business needs, the Client Finance Analyst I must take a proactive, hands-on approach to mastering the system.

  • Learn the Process: Use job aids, documentation, and collaboration with team members to understand the nuances of our bespoke setup requirements.
  • Get Hands-On: Dive into the tool and process, experimenting, testing, and troubleshooting to gain firsthand experience and insight.
  • Partner with IT: Collaborate with technical teams to provide feedback, test enhancements, and suggest improvements that make the tool more intuitive and effective.
  • Be the Go-To Resource: Support both U.S. and India teams by answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding others through the setup process.
  • Document Share Knowledge: Create and maintain best practices, training materials, and process documentation to support scalability and consistency.

Required Skills Attributes
