THE POSITION

We are a fast-paced software company seeking A technical support representative. The ideal candidate is a resourceful self-starter with excellent creative problem-solving skills. Floify has an industry leading technical support team to assist mortgage loan officers, mortgage brokers, mortgage lenders, and other mortgage professionals to use our point-of-sale software solution to make the home loan process more efficient for both loan officers and borrowers. The job is fast paced and challenging due to our high-quality standards, as well as the many details involved with the software, however, teamwork is key and we do everything we can to ensure continuous growth and success in the position.

This is a work from home position and a customer-facing role, and your day-to-day will involve working directly with customers to provide live support via phone, chat, and email. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues customers are having, working with them to find a solution, and walking the customer through the steps they need to take to correct the issue. As a customer support specialist, you will collaborate with other support agents and teams within the company to support our customers to the highest level of satisfaction possible.

WHAT YOU DO

  • Interacts with customers via telephone, email, or online chat to train, support, and provide the necessary information about Floify’s highly technical Saas product.

  • Communication between users, team members, and other departments to address technical inquiries

  • Internal and customer-facing documentation creation and upkeep

  • Critical analysis of each situation to determine the best course of action

  • Contributes towards process improvement and contributes to departmental and organizational objectives and key results.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned
