Photoroom is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager to partner with Enterprise customers and drive growth and retention. The role requires a blend of technical expertise and customer-facing skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experience and identifying expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven capacity to develop relationships and optimize enterprise customer accounts within SaaS settings
- Familiarity with technical frontend and backend development concepts
- Ability to identify and address technical concerns and provide solutions
- Experience with adjacent technologies like DAMs, PIMs, etc.
- Fluency in English (another language is a plus)
