- As aSocial Media & SEO Content Specialist (Real Estate), you won’t just publish posts — you’ll engineer visibility. From crafting compelling property content to optimizing it for search, your work ensures listings don’t just exist online — they get found.
- You’ll take ownership of the full content lifecycle, blending creativity with strategy to turn everyday listings into high-performing digital assets. If you enjoy seeing your work translate into real reach, traffic, and engagement, this role delivers exactly that.
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts.
- Create and publish content using Canva.
- Upload and manage property listings.
- Promote listings across social media channels.
- Apply SEO best practices across all content.
- Conduct keyword research and implement findings.
- Optimize posts, captions, and listings for search visibility.
- Monitor and improve reach and engagement performance.
- Collaborate with the client while working independently.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years experience in social media or digital marketing.
- Hands-on SEO experience.
- Experience conducting keyword research and applying insights.
- Experience optimizing live content (posts, listings, or pages).
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn platforms.
- Proficiency in Canva or similar content creation tools.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end tasks.
- Experience in real estate marketing or property listings.
- Experience improving organic reach and engagement metrics.
- Ability to identify and implement content performance improvements.
- Comfortable working with non-technical stakeholders.
