Role Overview
  • Behind every successful loan is someone making sure nothing falls through the cracks — that’s where you come in.
  • As anAU Mortgage Broker Support Officer, you’ll be the engine that keeps deals progressing from application to settlement. You’ll navigate compliance, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure every file is accurate, complete, and on track.
  • This is a role for someone who thrives on structure, precision, and momentum — where your ability to manage details directly impacts successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage loan applications from submission through to settlement.
  • Conduct compliance checks and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Liaise with lenders, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Perform data entry, file management, and document indexing.
  • Handle client requests and ongoing loan maintenance.
  • Support annual reviews and retention activities.
  • Assist with administrative and light marketing tasks.
  • Maintain workflows using CRM and task management systems.

Requirements

Required Qualifications (Must-Have):

  • 2+ years experience in AU mortgage broking support.
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements in Australian finance.
  • Hands-on experience with end-to-end loan processing.
  • Experience using Apply Online (AOL) and CRM platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting high-volume brokers.
  • Familiarity with lender policies and submission requirements.
  • Ability to identify and improve workflow processes.
  • Comfortable communicating with clients and stakeholders.
