- As a Broker Support Officer, you’ll be the engine room of the mortgage process, keeping files clean, compliant, and moving forward. You thrive in structure, love a good checklist, and bring order to what could easily become chaos.

- Manage and organise client documents across FileInvite, CRM, and Google Drive.
- Download, rename, and upload files following naming conventions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
- Follow compliance checklists to ensure documentation completeness.
- Send follow-ups for missing or incomplete documents using templates.
- Track progress and updates using Trello or similar tools.
- Support brokers with valuations, pricing requests, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure all records and files are properly stored and accessible.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience in administrative, AU Mortgage, or broker support roles.
- Experience using CRM systems and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in mortgage, lending, or financial services.
- Familiarity with FileInvite, Trello, or similar workflow tools.
