About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our distributed team and help deliver modern web applications for global clients. You’ll act as the bridge between stakeholders, designers, and engineers—turning business needs into clear technical requirements and managing projects from discovery through to launch.

  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and technical requirements.

  • Translate ideas into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery: roadmaps, timelines, priorities, and risk tracking.

  • Facilitate workshops, standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives with the development team.

  • Ensure requirements are captured in tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or Notion, and kept up to date.

  • Coordinate with design, development, QA, and marketing teams to ensure smooth handovers and delivery.

  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders with clarity and transparency.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to scalable project frameworks.

Requirements

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid BA/PM role in a digital or software development environment.

  • Strong understanding of modern web applications, including CMSs (e.g., Storyblok, Contentful, Payload), eCommerce platforms, and API-driven architectures.

  • Ability to create clear documentation: wireframes, workflows, requirements specs, and backlog grooming.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum/Kanban environments.

  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Confluence, Figma, etc.).

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing competing priorities.

  • Comfortable working remotely across time zones and leading distributed teams.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Next.js, TypeScript, and headless CMS workflows.

  • Experience with eCommerce, marketing automation, or analytics integrations.

  • Background in UX or QA processes.
