Public Cloud Group is seeking a Junior Recruiter to join their team on a temporary basis for 1 year. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in in-house recruiting, preferably with an IT focus in a scale-up environment. The role involves managing and implementing the end-to-end recruiting process, creating a first-class candidate journey, and participating in other exciting projects.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in in-house recruiting, ideally with an IT focus in a scale-up environment
- Strong collaboration with Hiring Managers and development of individual recruiting strategies
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Creativity and innovation enthusiasm in sourcing
- Self-reliant, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
- Team player: Exchange and openness for new ideas
