Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Design and implementation of two-tier agent systems: primary agent (context) and stateless sub-agents for executing specific tasks

• Development of complex RAG workflows and orchestration using LangChain/LangGraph; integration of company data via Azure AI Search

• Implementation of reflection and planning patterns (ReAct) so that agents can learn from their own actions and make multi-level decisions

• Ensuring responsible AI: Installation of guardrails (content filters, access control, audit logs) in accordance with current standards

• Collaboration with product owners, data scientists, and software engineers to translate business requirements into agent architectures

• Continuous monitoring of trends (GraphRAG, multi-agent orchestration) and testing of new frameworks

Requirements

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software development, including at least 1 year in projects involving generative AI or agent systems

• Solid knowledge of Python; experience with Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, and RAG concepts

• Familiarity with common agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI) as well as vector databases and prompt engineering

• Expertise in API integration (REST, OAuth2), security (RBAC, managed identities), and DevOps/MLOps practices

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; enjoy teamwork and innovation

• Good German and English skills
