What you’ll achieve:
As an Account Executive at Outseer, you will drive revenue growth for Outseer’s FraudAction Services through a combination of direct, net‑new selling and partner‑led motions. You will independently build and execute a pipeline across global markets, owning opportunities end‑to‑end while working closely with digital banking platforms and strategic channel partners to scale reach and impact through indirect routes to market.
This role is primarily net‑new focused, with success measured by pipeline generation, partner‑sourced opportunities, and new customer acquisition. You will engage an ideal customer profile that includes small to mid‑sized financial institutions, digital banking platforms, MSSPs, and fintechs, helping them proactively defend against evolving fraud and cyber threats.

Outseer FraudAction is a digital brand protection and cyber intelligence solution that helps financial institutions detect and shut down external threats targeting their customers and brand, including phishing attacks, scams, malware, rogue mobile apps, and other forms of online impersonation. The solution is sold primarily to financial institutions, both directly and through digital banking platforms and other strategic partners, with typical deal sizes ranging from $25K to $100K annually. This role requires selling the value of proactive threat detection, rapid takedown, and partner-enabled scale across global markets.
Essential Duties
- Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings, pipeline generation, and revenue targets through direct and indirect sales motions.
- Drive direct sales of Outseer’s Fraud Action Services into defined target verticals across multiple regions globally.
- Independently build, manage, and maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive prospecting, outbound activity, partner engagement, and self‑sourced opportunities, maintaining 3–4x pipeline coverage against quota.
- Develop, manage, and grow strong relationships with prospects, customers, and strategic channel partners to accelerate pipeline creation and deal execution.
- Identify, onboard, enable, and scale digital banking partners and other indirect channel relationships, acting as the primary sales owner on partner‑sourced opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal cross‑functional teams and external partner stakeholders to advance opportunities, negotiate contracts, maximize commercial outcomes, and close deals efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and timely pipeline, forecast, partner, and account data in CRM systems; communicate clear updates on pipeline status, account progress, and partner performance to internal stakeholders.
Key Competencies & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in direct sales, account management, business development, and/or channel sales, preferably within cybersecurity, fraud prevention, SaaS, or financial services technology.
- Demonstrated success independently creating pipeline through prospecting, networking, and partner‑led opportunities, with a strong hunter mentality and passion for closing deals.
- Experience selling through indirect channels, alliances, or strategic partners; familiarity with digital banking platforms, financial institutions, fintechs, or related partner ecosystems strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a global role across multiple regions, cultures, and time zones.
- Resourceful, results‑driven self‑starter with strong execution discipline, follow‑through, organization, and attention to detail; able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; unquestioned integrity, accountability, and professionalism; available for domestic and international travel as needed (up to 30%).
- Experience with full end to end ownership & proactive execution. Ownership of full ownership of pipeline development and sales outcomes; independently drove initiatives from prospecting through close, consistently meeting or exceeding targets through focused execution.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, partner-led motions, and the fraud prevention and cyber intelligence landscape to position solutions effectively and execute deals with sound commercial judgment.
