Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Colorado. We are seeking attorneys with at least 2 years of litigation experience and a genuine interest in construction litigation. Prior construction litigation experience is strongly preferred but not required. Relocation assistance is not available.

Job Description
- Manage litigation matters from initial case evaluation through resolution.
- Draft, review, and argue motions in state courts.
- Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and expert witnesses.
- Develop litigation strategy alongside experienced attorneys and clients.
- Perform legal research and prepare persuasive legal briefs.
- Participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
- Collaborate directly with clients, experts, and insurance professionals.
- Manage discovery, case deadlines, and court filings.
- Mentor junior team members as your experience grows.
- Deliver exceptional client service while maintaining efficient case management.
Qualifications
- Active Colorado Bar license required.
- 2+ years of litigation experience.
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Experience drafting motions and managing litigation files.
- Deposition experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Construction litigation experience strongly preferred but not required.
- Genuine interest in developing a long-term construction litigation practice.
