Onebrief is a collaboration and AI-powered workflow software designed for military staffs. We're seeking a Recruiter, Go-To-Market to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for key go-to-market roles.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience of high volume full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles
  • Excellent recruiting and sourcing fundamentals
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated success supporting go-to-market teams
  • Analytical skills and a process-driven mindset
  • Ability to set proper expectations with stakeholders
