What?
In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of our social media strategy and will play a key role in influencing overall content strategy on a global scale. Responsibilities will span across organic campaign creation, creative development, insights extraction, optimization, and forecasting. Reporting to the Head of Content & Communication, you will work closely with agencies to create and implement best in class campaigns primarily, but not limited to, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter

You are a social media leader and data-driven storyteller with a passion for making complex ideas understandable and relatable. You have experience in social media for B2B SaaS and can use context, experience, and your natural curiosity to identify the opportunities hidden in the trends while integrating the daily tactical needs into the quarterly strategic OKRs.

Overview
Lead end-to-end social media strategy and campaign management process across marketing campaigns from ideation to implementation to reporting
Develop and manage campaigns that align creative, messaging, and channel to the customer value journey and associated ICPs (idea customer profiles).
Partner with lead generation, public relations and other functions to align organic & paid social activity in order to maximize engagement
Use 1st and 3rd party data to improve campaign performance and efficiency
Qualifications
5+ years experience focused specifically on social media and digital marketing with an emphasis on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media platforms
A focus on cross-channel, data-driven decision making
Creative flair with a commercial mindset
Comfortable creating your own analysis and insights
Experience collaborating with larger marketing teams, business operations, international teams, product teams, sales teams, etc.
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong sense of accountability with superior attention to detail, and a process-oriented mindset
Self-motivated & team-oriented
A desire to challenge yourself to grow personally and professionally
English fluency and excellent written English
Nice to Have
BA/BS or MA/MS degree in Marketing, Communications, Analytics or related field
Team management experience
Martech experience including Salesforce, Tableau, Hubspot, Supermetrics, SEMrush, Sprout Social, Ahrefs, and Hotjar
Experience working in early-stage startups
