Product Manager - AI Healthcare

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Product Manager to join our Therapy BU and lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence into our core Practice Management System (PMS). This is a unique opportunity to build new AI-driven products from the ground up and scale them to their first 1000 users and beyond.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in a high-growth SaaS environment
• A "Builder’s Mindset": Proven track record of launching new products from scratch or leading significant 0-to-1 initiatives
• Data-Driven & Analytical: Proficiency in using data to drive decisions, test hypotheses, and measure the success of AI models
• Exceptional Communication: Ability to articulate a clear product vision and collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
• Deep Empathy for Users: Experience conducting qualitative research and shadowing users to understand complex workflows
