We're looking for a Head of Growth to build, operate, and scale the systems that power Nivoda's acquisition, activation, and category expansion.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years in growth, performance, demand gen, or similar roles in SaaS, marketplaces, or product-led companies
- Hands-on depth across paid acquisition (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) and experimentation-led growth
- Experience building lifecycle automation and CRM-driven journeys in HubSpot
- Strong analytical capability - able to interpret behaviour, diagnose funnel gaps, and build metrics that reflect revenue truth
- A builder's mindset: you've operated growth systems before and know what 'good' looks like from acquisition → activation → expansion
- Comfort working with AI tools - from creative generation to funnel optimisation to automated reporting
- Understanding of retail workflows, Shopify merchants, or vertical commerce is a strong advantage
- Ability to move quickly, handle ambiguity, and ship experiments with speed and precision
