The Project Manager leads the end-to-end management of projects, across proposal development, budgeting, funding, resourcing, project planning, project execution and documentation, taking ownership of the successful implementation and achievement of project objectives.
Requirements
- Collaborate with Product Manager and Technology Delivery Manager to gather requirements, assess impacts, and prioritise initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Define project budgets (for project delivery) and track financial performance against forecasts.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans and reports to manage and track project objectives, activities, dependencies, milestones and timelines.
- Manage project progress and facilitate collaboration between various stakeholders, including close coordination with the Technology Delivery Lead for progress of technical delivery.
- Ensure on time, within scope and within budget delivery, and alignment with quality standards, and scheme and participant expectations.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and data protection laws, collaborating with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular updates on projects to internal and external stakeholders on project status, milestones, risks, and financials, with support from Technology Division (led by Technical Delivery Manager) when needed
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Define roles and responsibilities for team members and manage resource allocation effectively.
- Primary point of contact from BCS to interface with schemes and participants during project implementation.
