Netflix is seeking a Security Engineer to design and build Identity and Access Security solutions for their global employee and partner network. This role will involve implementing, integrating, and expanding Netflix's Identity capabilities, ensuring risk reduction while supporting business partners. The ideal candidate will have strong IAM experience and a product-focused mindset.

Requirements

  • Deep IAM domain expertise
  • Experience with authentication and authorization standards and protocols (OpenID Connect, SCIM, OAuth, SAML, LDAP)
  • Hands-on experience with vendor IAM solutions (Okta Workflows, Auth0)
  • Experience with CI/CD and modern programming languages (Java or Python)
  • Experience with Cloud computing platforms (AWS)
  • Collaboration and problem solving skills
