JOB OVERVIEW
Develop and maintain quality software to enhance our enterprise health care applications used by hundreds of clinical wound care facilities across the country. Participate as part of a cross functional team using scrum methodologies to meet team goals and business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Work effectively as part of an agile scrum team with other Software Engineers, Quality Assurance, and Product members to deliver high quality solutions
- Collaborate with product team members to provide guidance on and contribute to project requirements and the development of user stories
- Design and write code that meets Net Health’s requirements for quality, performance, and usefulness within project timelines.
- Develop SaaS based web application and RESTful api using .NET, C#, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular
- Develop robust and efficient application data storage layer using SQL data tables, indexes, and stored procedures
- Analyze complex issues, diagnose problems, provide possible solutions, implement resolutions
- Create technical documentation as well as automated unit, integration, and regression testing
- Package and deploy application components, services, and processes to various environments (QA, UAT, and PROD) using modern deployment tools such as Azure DevOps
- Lead large scale projects with multiple team members providing coaching and mentoring to other engineers
- Contribute in meaningful and collaborative ways towards a positive and educational code review environment
- Be a leading advocate and mentor for object-oriented design, SOLID principles, test driven development, and continuous integration
- Assist in identifying, collecting, and analyzing data to help improve the success of your team and our development process
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical training or experience
- Minimum 8+ years relevant experience
REQUIRED SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE
- Service-based software development (such as SaaS, Agile)
- Modern programming language (such as C#, .Net, JavaScript, Angular, SQL)
