Consultor/a de Pruebas Senior

We are looking for a Senior Test Consultant to participate in an opportunity within the Ministry of Justice service in the Governance, Assurance, and Quality Control development of software.

Requirements

• University degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science.
• Minimum 8 years of general experience.
• At least 5 years of specific experience in program management offices, project management offices, or service management offices (PMO/PGO/SDM).
• At least one current certification between PMP (or equivalent), SAFe, Professional Scrum Master, ITIL.
• 5 years of technical experience in program/project/service technical follow-up and coordination, risk management.
• At least 2 years of business experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Senior Test Consultant in software quality services, assurance, and quality control, testing, and validation, of similar nature and scope to the contract.
• Tools (≥5 years in 4 categories): project planning software, risk management, reporting tools, indicators and control boards, collaborative tools, document management, office software.
• Specific tool requirements: experience with Jira, SonarQube, Jenkins, TM4J (Zephyr Scale), Maven, JMeter, and reporting tools for KPIs.
• Minimum 125 hours of technical training in the technological framework described in section 3.5.3, received in the last five years and with a date prior to the invitation to the tender.
