In the role of Senior Decisioning Scientist you will join the Enterprise Data and Data Analytics team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
In this Senior Decisioning Scientist role, you will:
- End-to-end design, implementation, testing & evaluation of Next Best Action (NBA) propositions using Pega CDH
- Data extraction, proposition deployment, performance analysis & refinements
- Development and configuration of strategies, when rules, engagement policies and contact policies, promoting standardisation across NAB’s taxonomy
- Use adaptive models to maximise portfolio performance including effective use of propensity thresholds and feedback optimisation recommendations to Business Stakeholders
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Demonstrated experience with designing on and/or implementing Decisioning software (IBM Unica, Pega CDH) or campaign management, including a strong understanding of how to troubleshoot/debug
- Knowledge of direct marketing principles and processes – such as campaign management propensity modelling, control groups, measurement, test and learn
- Good understanding of customer strategy, contact optimization and interpretation of analytics
- Experience with databases including tools/processes and an aptitude to adapt and use new technology
- Experience with statistical or rules-based development, with relevant experience in analysis, requirements gathering, design development of enterprise Decisioning based applications systems.
- Tertiary qualifications in technology, computer science, statistics or related field.
- Banking Experience preferred
