Job Description:

Role: Cyber Security Expert - 9+ years of experience within the cyber security field having exposure to mix of following skills (Technical: Security testing (VAPT), Security consulting, Risk frameworks, Threat modelling, SOC, Security training, etc. Managerial: Pre-sales activities, support in responses for RFPs, support in managing clients, etc.)

Requirements: (Wanted, but not exclusive)

• Understanding key cyber security technology and solution concepts, such as risk management, security architecture and engineering, threat modelling, data protection management, network security management, identity and access management, asset management, etc.
• Experience with offensive and/or defensive cyber security disciplines, such as penetration testing, incident handling, SOAR tools and techniques, threat hunting, vulnerability management, etc.
  
• Work on projects as an extended arm for client to execute following responsibilities (Either or all)
  
  - Assess security posture: Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing security infrastructure
  -Support/guide the team to runs security test: VAPT, DAST, SAST, Overall security scan on client's ecosystem
  -Identify risks: Evaluate network systems, software, hardware, and data storage practices
  -Implement security measures: Deploy firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption techniques
  -Ongoing monitoring: Continuously monitor systems and networks for potential threats, Integration of different data sources for centralized monitoring
  -Threat analysis: Analyze collected data to detect and respond to potential threat
  
• Proven experience as a tech consultant in a service based organization which will include competencies, for example:

  - Build response against security RFP

  - Work on building technical solutions against security related complex challenges
  - Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally
  

• Experience with cloud technologies and platforms, such as GCP, AWS and Azure
• An Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills & Problem-solving abilities
• Preferably certified within cyber security, such as ISO 27001 Implementer, CISSP, OSCP or similar.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a cyber security architect or a cyber security senior consultant
• Supports defining, enhancing, evolving, and demonstrating Nagarro's point of view and delivery approach of cyber security services
• Supports Nagarro´s strategic business opportunities through technical contributions to sales and business development pursuits
• Build and maintains client relationships, developing a strategic vision for clients and internal teams
• Interface with program managers and technical staff to develop, architect, and deliver world-class solutions
• Work with customers' IT, software development and enterprise architecture teams to ensure security is foundational and comprehensive throughout product- and technology-related solutions
• Bring an innovative approach to cyber security, bridging commercial best practices and new products/approaches to solving and evolving cyber security architectures and solutions
• Effectively communicate risks and system issues to all the stakeholders ahead of time to avoid any program risks/escalation
• Maintain disciplined and regular communications within accounts while build credibility through timely action and responsiveness during the account escalation.
• Deliver guidance, lead proof-of-concept projects, and conduct customer workshops.
