Motive is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to support a sizable portion of the company, provisioning strategic HR services to a dedicated department/s. The role will partner with stakeholders to drive the execution of people processes, lead talent initiatives, and gauge feedback to improve performance management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant HRBP/PBP experience, preferably partnering with technology or engineering functions
- 3+ years of experience conducting internal or external investigations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related area preferred
- Masters degree preferred
