BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
    - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
    - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
    - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
    - Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
  • Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

Key job responsibilities

  • Lead strategic execution for high-velocity retail events, including Prime Day and Holiday, ensuring Fashion and Fitness categories maximize traffic, conversion, and revenue impact.
  • Develop playbooks for rapid optimization and real-time adjustments, enabling agile marketing execution that captures shifting consumer demand during peak shopping periods.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure premium placements, amplify promotional messaging, and ensure seamless integration across merchandising, creative, and marketing channels.
  • Design, execute, and optimize Paid Search strategies to drive efficient and scalable customer acquisition across fashion and fitness categories.
  • Build the strategic roadmap for scaling new brands to Amazon in the Fashion and Fitness categories that integrate data-driven performance marketing with trend-sensitive creative execution.
  • Build excellent working relationships with offsite channel teams, incorporating key priorities to their roadmaps.
