MobileFuse is aggressively looking to hire six to eight sellers to add to our agency/brand sales team. The current team is setting revenue records monthly and annually, and we are eager to double down on that success. In 2021, MobileFuse’s revenue was up 80% and we grew our overall company headcount from 60 to 90, and we are excited and ready to support a new group of sellers to lead the next stage of company growth.

The momentum has continued into 2022 and we are looking for sellers that have great personalities, know how to listen to client goals and needs, and how to structure our solutions to best work for our clients. Our media/ad tech solutions work across all verticals and most screen types including mobile, CTV, tablet, rich media, video, and digital-out-of-home. With everyone working remotely these days, having current relationships with media buyers at brands and/or agencies is a must. Having a few years of digital sales experience is also a must.

Since MobileFuse only has 15 sellers, plenty of territory is available. Our sales team is supported by a phenomenal client service team that assists with pre and post sales communication, RFP responses, etc. The company is founder led and we have more engineers than sellers, speaking to our focus on the solutions and innovations needed in the ad tech space.

Our sales team has been successful to date for the following reasons:

  • MobileFuse's ad tech/media solutions are differentiated, proprietary, compelling, and result in exceeding many client KPI's

  • Client service support team and collaboration among the sales team

  • Average tenure is more than 5 years (most sellers don't leave because of the compensation, solutions, and culture at MobileFuse)

  • Our sales team is self-motivated and focused on our client's needs not just selling through a solution


  • 2+ years of experience in digital sales

  • Existing relationships with media buyers from agencies and/or brands

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Detail oriented and highly organized


Benefits include 3 weeks vacation (not including sick days), pre-tax 401K, flexible spending account, dependent care, commuter expenses, health, dental and vision insurance. Currently, MobileFuse pays for single coverage on our basic company health and dental insurance plans with no cost to you. We do have premium plan options and also have the option to add dependents to the plan at a minimal cost.

Although we are work from home first company, we have company retreats, sales conferences, and a great team environment!
