About the Role
Are you passionate about design and driven by sales success?We areseekinga highly motivated professional to join our team as anOperations & E-Commerceand StoreCoordinatorat Herman Miller.You’llbe the face of a brand that has defined modern furniture for over a century.This role willbe responsible forsupporting the management of our online store and B2C channel, ensuring operational excellence, financial accuracy, andan outstandingcustomer experience. You will play a key role in driving efficiency, supporting sales growth, and strengthening our digital presence.

WhatWe’reLooking For

  • Operations and Logistics: Supervise stock control, inventory management, reverselogistics, 3PL supplier coordination, and replenishment monitoring.

  • Finance and Tax:Validatemonthly closing reports, create compensation requests (CRs), and oversee tax procedures and invoice management.

  • Data Analysis: Track KPIs, generate sales reports, and develop projections based on historical data.

  • Systems Management:Operateplatforms such as Excel, Outlook,Vtex, CRMs, and Syteline to ensure seamless workflows.

  • Customer Service Support: Supervise e-commerce andsalescustomer service, resolve conflicts and complaints, andassistwith warranty cases.

  • Online Store Management: Oversee the store’s image, ensureaccurateproduct information display, and support improvements to enhance customer experience.

  • Marketing and Campaigns: Assist the manager with campaigns, promotions, and coupon strategies.

  • Product Pricing: Support pricing strategiesand managepricing campaigns

  • Product Registration: Manage the registration of new products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.

WhatWe’reLooking For

  • Strong background in operations,logistics, and e-commerce management.

  • Experience with financial validation and tax procedures.

  • Analytical mindset with proven ability to generate insights from data.

  • Proficiencyin digital platforms (Excel, Outlook,Vtex, CRMs, Syteline).

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is required.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
