This role involves providing expert cybersecurity support to Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring they receive top-quality assistance and guidance to protect their digital assets.
Requirements
- Offer exceptional cybersecurity customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve security-related issues efficiently.
- Advise customers on cybersecurity best practices and the effective use of security products.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and solve complex cybersecurity challenges.
- Keep updated with the latest trends, threats, and solutions in the cybersecurity field.
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in customer support or cybersecurity roles is preferred.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills focused on customer satisfaction.
