Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Proficiency in English is preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in consumer electronics or retail
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools
