Key Responsibilities
- Build, optimize, and scale existing systems for inventory planning and management, order fulfillment, and logistics to support the company's growth trajectory.
- Strengthen and expand 3PL warehouse relationships and last-mile delivery operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely order processing.
- Build and maintain strong manufacturer relationships, coordinating production schedules, quality standards, and lead times.
- Support new product development from a supply chain perspective, including vendor sourcing, costing analysis, and production feasibility.
- Continuously improve supply chain processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across the supply chain, from manufacturing to final delivery.
- Collaborate directly with the GM to craft and execute strategies for expanding the company's product offerings and supply chain capabilities.
- Lead strategic supply chain projects to achieve key business outcomes and operational milestones.
- Utilize data to monitor, measure, and report on key supply chain metrics. Generate insights and actionable recommendations to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Design and implement systems, processes, and infrastructure to enable the future operations team to scale as the company grows.

What You Will Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain operations, ideally within a DTC e-commerce start-up or other fast-growing environment, ideally with hands-on experience sourcing and managing production with manufacturers in China and the USA.
- Proven experience managing 3PL partnerships, optimizing warehouse operations, and coordinating last-mile logistics to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms, including order fulfillment workflows and inventory integrations. Experience working within a subscription-based business model is a plus.
- A strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to design and implement operational strategies from the ground up to support scalable growth.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in simple terms and partner effectively with cross-functional teams.

CompensationCompensation for this position ranges from $60,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience and demonstrated expertise. The role also includes unlimited paid time off (PTO) to support balance and flexibility.
