We are looking for a high-ownership HR with exceptional communication skills to fully own employee engagement initiatives and support the Global Head of HR on people and culture programs.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations / employee engagement
- Proven experience owning employee life cycle
- Knowledge or understanding of labor laws, compliance, and payroll in India, US, and Canada
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-savvy with experience in HRIS, documentation, dashboards, and automation (BambooHR experience is an asset)
