mammaly is a leading pet supplement startup in Germany, seeking a Field Sales Manager / Regional Sales Leadership to expand its distribution network in Central Germany. The ideal candidate will have experience in the FMCG market, strong networking skills, and the ability to train sales staff and implement promotional measures.

Requirements

Active care and expansion of our distribution network in Central Germany
Strengthening contacts with decision-makers on market, regional, and national levels
Acquisition of new trade partners and securing optimal distribution of products
Conducting sales conversations and negotiations with decision-makers in the retail sector
Regular visits to sales locations to ensure visibility and availability of products
Training of sales staff in the stores on our products and their added value for customers
Implementation of promotional and marketing measures to increase sales
Close collaboration with the sales and marketing team to optimize sales strategies
