But while governments might be great at governing, they’re terrible at marketing. These billions sit unclaimed, waiting for founders to discover them. We want to fix that, and we need your help.

The opportunity

MainStreet is looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to own and scale our paid acquisition and demand generation as we scale from a handful of tax credits & incentives to hundreds of programs and more complex financial products. You’ll create repeatable, sustainable demand generation campaigns, integrating our bottom-of-funnel paid ads with top-of-funnel social and organic content.

What you'll do

  • Drive qualified leads and sales pipeline

  • Collaborate across internal stakeholders to obtain resources for campaign execution - including content/creative, tracking/measurement, campaign budgets, sales buy-in, etc.

  • Regularly monitor and report on campaign performance, and speak to the impact on overall goals.

  • Design, execute, and measure digital acquisition campaigns to support objectives.

  • Develop and manage a Marketing tech stack to ensure MainStreet has visibility and insight into the customer journey to take our growth to the next level.

  • Ensure the development of comprehensive and aligned strategic marketing initiatives.

  • Build out funnel content strategyDrive vision and integrated strategy for growth marketing efforts across all touch points, including paid acquisition, SEO, ASO, retargeting and lifecycle marketing.

  • Establish spend models that enable optimal allocation for ecosystem health and ROI positive management of media spend

  • Develop an inspiring marketing vision and strategy for growth.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years in a Product or Growth Marketing role for B2B tech, ideally with exposure to both areas

  • Excited to both think strategically and get into the details -  we are a growing team so execution and grit are key.

  • Attested ability using data and analytics to influence and inform to help build great products.

  • You can manage complex work streams and plan effectively across multiple initiatives

  • A hungry, infectious personality , someone who is comfortable in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment and determined to win.

  • You relish challenging problems that require innovative thinking, and you’re not afraid to mix it up

  • Ability to leverage a professional network to achieve business objectives and grow the team as the business matures. 

  • A willingness to learn on the job and take on tasks as needed

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and communicate over the phone and with video chat software, such as Zoom
