Growth Marketing Manager

Luxor specializes in the physical delivery of hashrate (compute power for cryptocurrency mining). Over the past three years we have been acting as a buyer of hashrate, purchasing, and mining over $500mm worth.

We run the website Hashrate Index, providing the mining industry key insights in the form of advanced proprietary data sets, and research pieces.

This Growth Marketing Manager role is remote and will report to the CPO. The ideal candidate is based between UTC-8 and UTC-3 timezones.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in growth marketing and SEO.

• A deep understanding of SEO tools, product analytics, and paid marketing channels (ads, influencer marketing, etc).

• Knowledge and passion of the crypto mining industry, including the technology, economics, and industry dynamics.

• Have a strong entrepreneurial mentality vs a 9-to-5 mindset. Be prepared to communicate to our customers at non-standard hours. We are a high-growth startup operating in crypto.

• Knowledge of API integrations and data sets.

Responsibilities

• Work with Luxor and Hashrate Index’s overall brand and social media strategy, and coordinate with design, product, engineering, and operations across all product verticals.

• Create new data partnerships, leveraging Hashrate Index data into partner’s products, websites, research, and services.

• Establish the Luxor Bitcoin Hashprice Index and ASIC Price Index as the industry standard data sets.

• Develop SEO plan and spearhead execution in liaison with other teams to improve organic rankings.

• Use data to drive insights and changes to communication, paid advertising, and product building.

• Build and grow our communities on Twitter, Telegram, Reddit, and Discord.

• Organize, plan, and execute conference engagements and in-person marketing events to engage our target audience.
