Job Responsibilities:

  • Host live streaming sessions on e-commerce platforms, promoting an exciting range of toy sets from a prestigious, worldwide toy brand.
  • Highlight featured toy sets and new releases during live sessions to drive sales and engage with the audience.
  • Create interactive, fun, and informative content to engage audiences, drive sales, and bring the joy of toys into every household.
  • Stay current with the latest trends in live streaming, toy marketing, and e-commerce, keeping sessions fresh and relevant.
  • Continuously improve livestream performance and enhance viewer engagement.
  • Work with the commercial and merchandising teams to align live streaming activities with broader brand strategies.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support during live sessions, answering queries and sharing insights on each product.
  • Ensure a smooth operation, maximizing sales directly from live sessions.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in hosting or live streaming on e-commerce platforms is a plus; however, we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
  • A passion for toy sets and play, with the ability to engage viewers and convey excitement.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills tailored to virtual audience.
  • Ability to connect with a diverse audience in a live streaming environment, making each session fun and memorable.
  • Understanding of social media, e-commerce platforms, and live streaming trends.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to continually enhance viewer experience.
  • Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Mandarin as a bonus
  • Able to work on a shift basis (non-standard hours, including night shifts)

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
