Diversity matters
We are building a brand that represents the people of the world. It’s what you do that counts, and we are always looking to expand perspectives and voices to shape our future.
We see you, we celebrate you, we want you!
Who we are
You might know us as the inventors of the bath bomb, but there’s more to this great-smelling, partly employee-owned, family-run company than pioneering cosmetics. We believe our business should put more back into the world than it takes and demonstrate that capitalism can be a force for good.

The Living Wage Foundation’s statement 'a hard day's work deserves a fair day's pay' is one that we are proud to commit to in the UK. As an accredited Living Wage employer, we put our people first and fight cruel practices like animal testing, promote regeneration, and show that it is what’s inside that counts - whether that’s an ingredient in a product, or the minerals in a smartphone.

Joining the support team for Lush Poland means you will join a small local team where departments are responsible for their own tasks, but also collaborate and help each other run the 3 local shops and the local website. You will also work with the global artwork team and colleagues from all over the world.

The role
Are you a creative and proactive thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for both precise grammar and vivid, expressive language? Does your writing style instantly grab attention while delivering key information in a concise, engaging manner?

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and detail-oriented person to provide translation and artwork services. You will localise and artwork all Lush’s content into Polish, ensuring the tone of voice fits the brand and sounds natural to Polish-speaking customers.

This is a fully remote role, so we are looking for someone who thrives in an independent working environment. A high level of self-motivation, proactiveness, and personal accountability is essential - you should feel comfortable managing your own workload, taking initiative, and driving projects forward without close supervision.

You will work closely alongside our Artworker/Translator counterpart, collaborating on product, campaign, and other translation projects to ensure consistency and excellence across all outputs. You will also work closely with your local counterpart to deliver the best brand presentation on all our communication touchpoints.

Please note: We may close this vacancy early if we receive an overwhelming response or our business requirements change.

Founded in 1995, Lush Ltd. is a British cosmetics retailer known for its commitment to ethical practices, fresh ingredients, and innovative handmade products. With a headquarters based in Poole, Dorset, the company has carved a niche as a pioneer in the beauty industry. Lush is celebrated for popularizing products such as the bath bomb, shower jellies, and solid shampoo bars, all crafted with the finest fresh fruits and vegetables, essential oils, and safe synthetics designed to be kind to both skin and the environment.

At Lush, we take a strong stance against animal testing, ensuring that our products are cruelty-free and sourced from suppliers who share our respect for animal welfare. Our mission is to create a cosmetics revolution; thus, we engage in initiatives to combat over-packaging by developing 'naked' products that can be sold without any packaging at all. This aligns with our dedication to sustainability and accountability in manufacturing, as we strive to leave the world lusher than we found it. Operating in over 51 countries, our ethical practices and innovative approach have allowed us to connect with customers who care about the planet as much as we do.
