Job Summary
Success will be determined by the ability to retain and grow revenue for the assigned book of business and exceed client expectations surrounding service excellence. Being a champion for your clients, your ability to influence others to deliver results for your clients will also be a key factor in your success. Understanding of the self-insured TPA environment is beneficial. We believe keeping up to date on market trends will enable you to position Luminare Health programs and solutions efficiently to client decision makers.•The Senior Client Manager is responsible for providing high-level consultative and strategic oversight for new or existing complex accounts to meet retention, service, and revenue targets.
•Cultivates relationships with clients and brokers, identifies sales opportunities, and services accounts to expand the business and meet corporate and divisional sales/renewal objectives.
•The Senior Client Manager and their client coordinators will be expected to support and service between 5 – 7 complex groups of clients.
•The Senior Client Manager will maintain senior management-level contact with key client stakeholders and brokers.
•Senior Client Managers may be designated as Coach/Mentors. Senior Client Managers with Coach/Mentor designations will have fewer clients assigned to them to allow for Coach/Mentor responsibilities as outlined below.

Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years previous experience within Client Management and/or experience in a similar TPA or insurance environment with client facing/client support responsibilities OR High School diploma and 11 years of industry experience
Understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plans; stop loss understanding a plus
Knowledge and understanding of benefit-related federal laws (i.e., ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, etc.)
Ability to travel is required (up to 25%)
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to interact with senior level executives
Ability to assess and mentor team members to maximize team success and growth
Results oriented and self-motivated
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as are exceptional organizational skills
Analytical skills, problem solving skills, reading ability, creative decision-making skills, the ability to comprehend and follow instructions, mathematical ability and time management skills are required
Preferred Job Qualifications:
State insurance license required or obtained within 90 days from date of hire

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
Min to Max Range:
$77,800.00 - $146,100.00Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
