Job Summary

This is a Telecommute (Remote) role. Remote employees must live within the continental United States, excluding Alaska, California, Hawaii or New York. Sponsorship is not available

Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years industry experienceOR High School diploma and 9 years previous Client Management experience and/or experience in a similar TPA or insurance environment with client-facing/client support responsibilities

• Understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plans; stop loss understanding a plus; Knowledge and understanding of benefit-related federal laws (i.e., ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, etc.)

• Ability to travel is required (up to 25%)

• Results oriented and self-motivated

• Ability to interact with senior level executives

• Excellent presentation skills

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required, as are exceptional organizational skills

• Analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and time management skills are required

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• State insurance license
