The Role

The Senior Lead Marketing Manager works across an agile scrum team to develop the strategy, build and deliver customer obsessed campaign tactics in support of Lumen’s business objectives.

Location

This is a remote opportunity open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Manages large cross functional delivery teams that include complex activities, building strategic plans, driving teams to deadlines, and determining what levers need to be pulled to drive the most organizational impact
  • Defines, builds and executes call to actions within campaigns
  • Leverages communication channels & stakeholder cadence to keep the organization aligned on campaign delivery team updates, results, best practices & learnings
  • Works hand in hand with the offer development team to create differentiated offers based on the unique campaign use cases
  • Monitors and reports on results of deliverables, where we are seeing success and where optimizations are needed to drive more impact

What We Look For in a Candidate

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility, including 5 years of B2B marketing experience in tech, especially large enterprise and wholesale.
  • Strategic, consultative, and innovative thinker.
  • Strong project management and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ability to analyze data for campaign optimizations.
  • Excellent relationship-building and trust-earning abilities.
  • Results-oriented leader with experience in dynamic, matrixed environments.
  • Strong marketing leadership and team motivation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal presentation skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with VP-level executives.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and aggressive timelines.
  • Advanced degree preferred.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

$103,711 - $138,281 in these states: AL AR AZ FL GA IA ID IN KS KY LA ME MO MS MT ND NE NM OH OK PA SC SD TN UT VT WI WV WY
$108,896 - $145,195 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI
$114,082 - $152,109 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
