We're looking for a Leadership Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support our Monetization Product leadership hiring. The Leadership Sourcer will be responsible for identifying and engaging top-tier Product Management executives (Director+) to build a long-term pipeline of leadership talent.
Requirements
- Deeply understand leadership hiring needs and partner closely with TA Partners and senior Product leaders to define and execute sourcing strategies for high-impact executive roles.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor mapping to identify the best Product Management leaders in the global tech ecosystem.
- Deliver a tailored, high-touch candidate experience, ensuring that senior-level talent is engaged with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
- Utilize advanced search techniques and networking to identify and attract 'passive' candidates who are not actively looking but are a perfect fit for TikTok's culture and scale.
- Proactively source a diverse leadership pipeline, ensuring D&I best practices are integrated into every stage of the executive search process.
- Act as a subject matter expert on the external talent market, providing data-driven insights to recruiters and business leaders to influence hiring decisions.
