Job Overview

We are looking for Business Analyst who will facilitate communication between development and business teams, thus translating business needs into technical specifications.

Main Responsibilities

  • collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze and document business requirements
  • translate business needs into acceptance criteria and technical specifications for the development team.
  • analyze, define, and document detailed system requirements, including functional, non-functional, and integration needs
  • lead efforts in system configuration and data mapping particularly involving APIs, third-party platforms, or internal system integrations
  • support feature post-release validation and acceptance to ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a system and business analyst role
  • experience in IT, software development, or a similar domain
  • FinTech, CFD trading
  • proficient in SQL for querying and analyzing data
  • proficient in Power BI (or any other Business Intelligence tools) for data modeling, creating dashboards, and publishing reports
  • knowledge of working with OLAP cubes and multidimensional data structures
  • familiarity with API documentation tools and basic understanding of REST API concepts
  • proficient in business requirements gathering and analysis
  • strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence
  • familiarity with diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
  • English B2+ level in speaking is a must
  • supplementary Education (Courses, Certificates): Microsoft certifications related to Power BI and SQL Server (or certification on any other Business Intelligence tools). Business Analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA), Agile certifications are a plus
