Job Overview
We are looking for Business Analyst who will facilitate communication between development and business teams, thus translating business needs into technical specifications.
Main Responsibilities
- collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze and document business requirements
- translate business needs into acceptance criteria and technical specifications for the development team.
- analyze, define, and document detailed system requirements, including functional, non-functional, and integration needs
- lead efforts in system configuration and data mapping particularly involving APIs, third-party platforms, or internal system integrations
- support feature post-release validation and acceptance to ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations
Requirements
- 3+ years in a system and business analyst role
- experience in IT, software development, or a similar domain
- FinTech, CFD trading
- proficient in SQL for querying and analyzing data
- proficient in Power BI (or any other Business Intelligence tools) for data modeling, creating dashboards, and publishing reports
- knowledge of working with OLAP cubes and multidimensional data structures
- familiarity with API documentation tools and basic understanding of REST API concepts
- proficient in business requirements gathering and analysis
- strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence
- familiarity with diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
- English B2+ level in speaking is a must
- supplementary Education (Courses, Certificates): Microsoft certifications related to Power BI and SQL Server (or certification on any other Business Intelligence tools). Business Analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA), Agile certifications are a plus
