Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Appointment Setter with proven B2B sales experience to help drive growth in the Technology, SaaS, and AI solutions space. This role is ideal for individuals who can identify and engage potential clients in the U.S. market and successfully book qualified meetings for the Business Development Manager (BDM) and the Founder, leveraging multichannel outreach strategies. This is a remote role that requires working hours aligned with the U.S. time zone and the ability to communicate effectively with clients

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential B2B clients in the U.S. market.
  • Book qualified meetings for the Business Development Manager and Founder.
  • Research and identify the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to build a high-quality lead pipeline.
  • Utilize multichannel outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, phone, and other tools) to maximize appointment-setting opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, leads, and booked meetings in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the BDM and internal teams to ensure smooth handover and follow-up of qualified prospects.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
  • Stay updated on trends and value propositions within Technology, SaaS, and AI solutions to communicate effectively with prospects.

Qualifications (must-haves)

  • Proven B2B sales or appointment setting experience, preferably targeting U.S. clients.
  • Strong understanding or background in Technology, SaaS, or AI solutions.
  • Fluent in American English. Both verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative without constant supervision.
  • Resourceful in sourcing leads and building prospect lists without relying solely on pre-provided databases.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify ideal customer profiles (ICP) and conduct effective outreach.
  • Comfortable working U.S. hours and achieving measurable targets.
  • Fully equipped with a reliable laptop for a remote working environment

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools or lead generation platforms (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar).
  • Previous experience working with Technology, SaaS, or AI startups (highly preferred)
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills for tracking outreach performance.
