The charity offers a comprehensive range of support services including a free helpline staffed by nurses and support specialists, one-to-one buddy support matching patients with trained volunteers who have lived experience, counselling services, financial assistance, and advocacy support. Leukaemia Care operates hospital navigation programmes in selected hospitals across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland, helping patients navigate their healthcare journey. The organisation also provides free patient information booklets, online Facebook communities for peer support, and GP learning programmes for healthcare professionals.
